Exponent Labs is building Exponent, a leading DeFi protocol on Solana for onchain interest rates. To date, it’s achieved $400M+ in interest rate volume in H1 2025, 25k+ users, with 1-2k daily active users, and integrations with leading Solana protocols such as Jito, Kamino, and Drift.
Exponent makes interest rate markets on Solana more accessible to participants, offering fixed, predictable rate and speculative yield products for a broad range of users. It serves as the backbone of the onchain yield economy, no longer tailored solely to risk-averse participants but to anyone looking to generate returns on their money through financial markets as modern as the internet.
Our mission is to shape the future of modern finance, a future we believe blockchains like Solana are enabling, by building at the frontier of productive capital. We’ve raised over $7M to date to achieve this mission from leading investors in the space such as Multicoin, RockawayX, Solana Ventures, Robot Ventures, Prelude, and angel investors including Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko. Our team comes with deep background working on blockchain technology since 2021 for teams like Squads, Kamino, Marinade, and more.
We’re looking for a Head of Content to join our growing team as we enter our next phase of growth and lead the content department at Exponent: from socials like Twitter, to blog, copywriting, guides, and PR.
This role intersects a lot with product, marketing, and business development, and is best suited for someone who thrives on autonomy, a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys taking on many responsibilities, and wants ownership in what they do. You should enjoy being up to date on finance and crypto as you’ll write daily about it. You’ll grow and learn a lot, and depending on your goals, you’ll have a clear path toward a growth leadership role.
